Savannah’s Candy Kitchen is constantly growing and there is opportunity for growth within our company. We also are expanding across the United States with locations in 4 states so far and more on the horizon.

We are looking for dedicated, motivated individuals that want to grow with our company. 

The retail manager is responsible for maintaining the everyday functions of the retail store.  The manager must be able to keep the retail store staff focused, trained, and on schedule. The Manager is responsible for keeping up with financial functions, reconciliations, daily, weekly, and monthly metric, as well as employee training, store floor image, advertising, and shift scheduling. Managers must also make sure that all customer needs are being met.

Requirements:

  • Previous manager experience
  • Ability to give and receive verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to manage conflict
  • Ability maintain order and manage sudden influxes of customers
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Shift flexibility
